Pond Blanket Weed Treatments

Blanket Weed is a common problem for many pond keepers, clogging ponds and filters as well as looking unsightly it can be very difficult to remove.

However over recent years many new and effective blanket weed treatments have come onto the market

The use of barley straw has proved effective for many pond keepers, however we find the more effective treatments to be pond additives which have proven effective in killing of blanket weed as well as keeping it at bay.

Regular application is recommended to stop the dreaded weed building up but these products are harmless to pond life and can actually be beneficial.

Good levels of oxygen are required for best results
