Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Order for insects are charged at cost which is calculated in the shopping cart and starts at £1.50 + vat
Orders containing dry goods and below £59.99 are charged £4.99 + vat
All orders of £59.99 and above delivered FREE to mainland UK.
For orders outside of UK mainland, please contact us for a quotation.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2/3 business days, most items will need to be signed for, maximum number of delivery attempts is 3 unless the courier is advised otherwise, this excludes certain items such as pond filters and quarantine tanks which are sent direct from manufacturer. Please allow 5-10 days for these items, once order we will be able to give approx delivery schedule.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT rate charged at 15% if applicable.

Guarantee All products carry a full manufacturers guarantee. Any item may be returned within 30 days for a no quibble refund or replacment, provided the item has not been damaged and is fit for sale. DVDs and Videos must be unopened.
